Messages that
actually arrive

High-volume SMS and e-mail from one place — branded sender names, OTP, per-recipient delivery reports and the DNS setup that keeps you out of the spam folder.

Two channels, different jobs

SMS for urgency. E-mail for detail.

Using the wrong one wastes money on every send, and the difference compounds across a campaign.

SMS

Short, urgent, unmissable

Opened within minutes and works on every handset without internet. Costs per message, so keep it to OTPs, appointment reminders and time-critical alerts.

E-MAIL

Long, visual, cheap at scale

Room for images, product detail and multiple links, at a fraction of the cost per recipient. Right for newsletters, receipts and anything that needs explaining.

TOGETHER

Most campaigns need both

Confirm the order by e-mail with the full detail, then send the tracking number by SMS on the day it ships.

What we set up

Sending is the easy part. Arriving is not.

01

Branded sender name

Messages arrive from your brand name rather than a random number, which lifts trust and open rates immediately.

02

OTP with verification

One-time passcodes with expiry, retry limits and a verification endpoint your system can call.

03

Per-recipient reporting

Delivered, failed or pending for every single number, with failure reasons — not just a batch total.

04

Deliverability setup

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured for your domain so e-mail reaches the inbox instead of the spam folder.

05

API integration

REST endpoints your developers can call from any language, with sample code and a sandbox to test against.

06

Scheduling and throttling

Send at a specific time, or spread a large batch so your call centre is not overwhelmed at once.

Frequently asked

What clients ask before starting

How many characters fit in one SMS?
Latin text gets more characters per message than Thai, which uses a different encoding. Longer messages are split and billed as multiple parts — we confirm the exact limits with the gateway before you commit to a template.
Do we need to register the sender name?
Yes, and it takes a few working days. The name must relate to your registered business. We handle the registration as part of setup.
Is the gateway licensed?
Messages are sent through a gateway holding the required NBTC licence and ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Those certifications belong to the gateway operator, not to us — we are the integrator.
Why do our e-mails go to spam?
Almost always because the sending domain has no SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, or they are misconfigured. That is the first thing we fix, and it usually solves it.
Can we send from our own domain?
Yes, and you should. Mail from your own domain performs far better than mail from a shared sending domain. We configure the DNS records needed.
How fast can we go live?
Two to four weeks, mostly waiting on sender name registration and DNS changes rather than development work.
