NI—05 · Rewards

From reward sourcing
to the signed receipt

e-Vouchers from major Thai brands delivered digitally, plus physical prize fulfilment for licensed draws — including identity checks, withholding tax and the evidence that closes the project.

Part 01 · Rewards

e-Vouchers from brands people actually want

Sourced directly from the brand owner, delivered digitally, and redeemable at any branch without the recipient doing anything complicated.

01

Nothing to install

The recipient opens a link or shows a code at the counter. No app, no account, no registration form.

02

Four delivery channels

SMS, e-mail, LINE or a claim link embedded in your own campaign page — whichever fits the campaign.

03

Issued by the brand

Vouchers come from the brand owner, so they are honoured at every branch and cannot be rejected as unofficial.

04

Tracked to redemption

You see how many were issued, opened and actually used — the number that tells you whether the reward worked.

Part 02 · Fulfilment

Getting the prize to the winner, with the paperwork that closes the file

This applies to licensed prize draws, where delivery has to be documented rather than just done.

01

Receive the winner list

Straight from the draw, with the evidence recorded at the moment of selection.

02

Verify identity

Confirm the winner is who they say they are before anything of value leaves the building.

03

Documents and tax

Withholding tax calculated at the statutory rate, certificates issued, records retained.

04

Deliver

Digital instantly, small items by courier, large prizes by appointment with handover evidence.

05

Keep the evidence

Signed receipts, photographs and delivery records held for the required retention period.

06

Close the project

A summary that goes into the report filed with the authorities, so the campaign closes cleanly.

Frequently asked

What clients ask before starting

Which brands can you source from?
We work with a wide range of Thai retail, dining, cinema, fuel and hotel brands. Availability and pricing change, so we confirm the current list when quoting rather than promising a fixed catalogue.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the brand — some set minimums, others do not. Tell us the volume you have in mind and we will tell you which options are open to you.
Who pays the withholding tax on prizes?
The organiser is responsible for withholding and remitting it at the rate set by law. We calculate it and issue the certificates, but have your accounting team confirm the treatment for each campaign.
How long does delivery take?
Digital rewards are effectively instant. Small physical items typically move within a few working days of verification, and large prizes are scheduled by appointment. Exact timelines are confirmed per campaign.
What if a winner never claims?
We contact them the agreed number of times and log every attempt. After the published deadline passes, we follow whatever your campaign rules and licence specify — which is why that clause matters at the design stage.
Can you handle the whole prize pool, not just vouchers?
Yes. Small giveaway items, appliances, gold and vehicles are all things we have handled, each with its own registration and handover requirements.
