Our story
We grew by solving problems one client at a time
In 2010 we were a group of freelancers taking work from brands and agencies. As the projects got bigger we registered as a partnership to take on website and internal system work formally.
In 2012 we incorporated as Nippon Idea Co., Ltd. and began building full internal systems for corporate clients. Developing an order management system for one of them taught us something that still shapes the company: the real problem is rarely any single system — it is getting several systems to work together.
When social and search marketing arrived we added media planning, then extended into marketing activity: sweepstake licensing, on-ground events, and delivering prizes into winners' hands.
Today we work as a one-stop service. A client might start with a permit, add a membership system, and finish with an award ceremony and a closing report — dealing with the same team throughout.
What has not changed
We still work as a small team that knows each other's projects. The person who quotes your job is the person on site on the day.
