NI—08 · On-ground

Events with the
systems and licences
behind them

Prize draws, award ceremonies, booths and roadshows — coordinated by one company, with registration systems and the evidence trail that campaign work requires.

How it works

You deal with one company. We manage the rest.

Events need several teams working at once. We are the lead contractor and carry responsibility for all of it under a single agreement.

ON-GROUND

Field team

Booths, roadshows, product sampling and permanent in-store promoter teams covering the whole country.

EVENT & MICE

Production team

Launches, concerts, company parties, exhibitions and government campaign work with full staging and production.

PR

Communications team

Press conferences, grand openings, influencer work and media planning that keeps the event talked about afterwards.

What we run

Events that need systems, not just staging

Our strength is the work where registration, licensing and evidence matter as much as the show.

01

Prize draws

Conducted exactly as written in the licence, in front of the authorised officer, with every step recorded.

02

Award ceremonies

Winners contacted, documents prepared, handover photographed and filed for the closing report.

03

Booths and roadshows

Design, build and staffing, with on-site registration feeding straight into your database.

04

Product launches

Press events with invitation and RSVP handling, plus the collateral and giveaways.

05

Conferences

Pre-registration, QR check-in, name badges, feedback forms and a verified attendance list afterwards.

06

Corporate events

Annual meetings, staff parties and internal activities with registration and on-stage prize draws.

What sets us apart

We write the on-site systems ourselves

Most event companies subcontract this, which means waiting for a third party when something breaks at 9am on event day.

01

Registration and QR check-in

Register online in advance, scan at the door. Shorter queues and a live count of who actually turned up.

02

On-stage draw system

Draws run from the real database on screen, with results recorded immediately as evidence.

03

LINE integration

Attendees claim entitlements through LINE rather than paper vouchers or another app download.

04

Live dashboard

You and your team watch attendance and redemption figures while the event is still running.

05

PDPA-compliant capture

Consent screens before collection, stated purpose, and the database handed to you when the event closes.

06

Closing report

Numbers and documents in one package, ready for whoever has to receive it internally or officially.

Frequently asked

What clients ask before starting

How far ahead should we start?
Two to three months for small and mid-size events. If the event includes a prize draw needing a licence, start three to four months ahead — the filing timeline is not something anyone can compress.
How is pricing structured?
Separated into our management fee and the pass-through costs paid to venues, contractors, catering and equipment suppliers. Everything is itemised so you can compare us against another quotation properly.
Do you have your own team or subcontract?
Systems, planning and licensing work are ours. Large-scale production and PR are delivered with teams we work with regularly and select ourselves — not sourced ad hoc per job. We remain responsible for the whole result.
Who do we contract with, and who is liable?
One agreement, with Nippon Idea. You do not sign separately with anyone else or act as the go-between when teams need coordinating.
Why not hire those teams directly?
You can, and sometimes it is cheaper — we will say so if your event is purely on-ground with no system or licensing element. What we add is coordination, the link between the event and your data systems, and the permit and documentation side.
What happens if it rains or the systems fail?
Every event has an agreed contingency: a backup indoor area for outdoor events, and offline registration that syncs when connectivity returns. We plan it during scoping, not on the day.

You don't need a finished brief. Tell us roughly what you want to run, when it should launch, and any budget range you have in mind. We'll tell you what's required by law, what it takes, and whether you need us at all. Assessment is free.
